贴片三极管代码、型号、参数查询方法:
1、首先按住ctrl+u键,然后输入需要查找的三极管型号、参数或者代码,点击提交。
2、查找到所需要的贴片三极管的代码|型号|参数后再更据实际位置,在表格中一一对应
说明:
1.材料栏中备符号意义,Si-P,硅材料PNP管;Si-N,硅材料NPN管;Ge-P,锗材料P管;Si-P+R,硅PNP带阻晶体管;Si-N+R,硅NPN带阻晶体管;Si-N+D,硅NPN型这林顿管;Si-P+D,硅PNP型达林顿管;Si-NPN,硅NFN、PNP对管。
2.同一代号表示同型号或不同类型三极管,这是因为不同生产厂家各自命名不同;多数三极管可从封装形式进行区分。
3.外形栏中“H-21”、“H-23”表示该元件为双三极管。
4.备注栏中Rb表杀带阻晶体管基极所串联的电阻,Rbe则表示基极与发射极之间并联的电阻。该栏只有Rb(或Rbe)表示该管没有Rbe(或Rb),表中空缺部分表示资料不详。
5,用途栏中备符号意义如下:A,宽频带放大;UF,超高频放大;HF,高技放大;NF,低频放大;ra,低噪声放大;L,功率放大;S,开关管;SS,高速开关管:Uni,一般用途;V,前置放大;M,混频;Tr:激励、驱动。
